Say what ?? This should be the 1st question that you are crossing through your mind when somebody tells you that has the intention to resign from a stable job. Actually this is my 3rd attempt and this time I really did it. I have this role since the 6th of May, but in time I saw another face to everything, all the missing pieces of the puzzle were starting to come to the surface, lack of information, confusing people and information, chaos and lack of procedures and strategies and of course a lot of useless stress and pressure and obviously to be everything complete blaming and blaming for everything that is not working without making any assurance that I am the one to be blamed. Cool, right?

Now the main issue that due to coronavirus even if there are some opening jobs, still seems some sort of silence in the hiring process, that all business is on hold. All the employers probably are trying to keep their money because we don’t exactly what time we are facing and probably some economic crisis will be ahead of us soon. Coronavirus does not seem to just go away so easily like an unexpected guest, is here to stay, so even if this type of job in the IT field we can easily work remotely the real thing, I mean sales are still done with real people and not online, some people need to be actually there somewhere so the process can be completed.

All the colleagues that I have spoken to were very shocked because definitely is a bold decision to quit now when people are very protective and careful in keeping their job to be safe and they won’t make this type of change right now. Oh, well I really did it, what will be we will see.

So this been said it will be very challenging to find something ok in this period of time, at least as technologies and paid at least as I was paid.
